Can you really call it a “job” when you love something so much? Seriously, is there anything better than baby snuggles? I am a professional baby cuddler! Oh that smell of baby powder and the pink baby lotion.. Ahhhhh!!  I’m so passionate about being the memory keeper for your family. I want you to remember EVERY single detail. Oh, how my heart wants you to remember those tiny fingers and toes, those precious locks of hair and those sweet eyelashes and nose.

It feels like so long ago that I was snuggling my now 4-year-old twin girls. I will be the first to say, that the newborn period was a whirlwind! There were times that were so challenging and I was definitely sleep deprived, so being able to go back and see those tiny babies in pictures makes my heart skip a beat.

I love being part of your story. I consider myself a “people person”. I never meet a stranger and I love hearing about each client’s unique story. I understand that it can be scary to hand over your baby to a complete stranger, but I promise, I will make you feel comfortable and right at home. I have been told by so many clients that I have made them feel like we were old friends. I truly feel like this is the greatest compliment, and it is my goal to make everyone feel loved and special during their session. I will love your baby like my own!

Do you know how privileged I feel to be the one to capture your babies very first pictures?! It is truly an honor for me! I love to chat about the birth story, how the baby got their name, who the baby looks like and seeing the joy in parents’ eyes as they talk about their precious new blessing. The newborn photo session usually lasts around 3 hours, so I get a lot of time to get to know my families. I would have to say that building a bond with my clients is one of my favorite parts about being a newborn photographer!

Photography is truly my passion in life. I never stop thinking about ways to be creative during your newborn photo session from using new backdrops and blankets to wraps and hairbows. Every photo session is unique, and I try to fulfill the parents’ wishes by using colors/textures/props that speak to them! I tend to lean toward a neutral color parent, but I love when parents want to use a pop of color or bring a sentimental item with them to use. I search various antique stores and specialty photography shops to find the perfect pieces to incorporate in your session.

I want you to print your photos and have tangible mementos all over your home! The newborn period goes by in the blink of an eye and I want you to remember every single tiny detail. Being a photographer is one of the greatest joys of my life and I am thankful that you all choose me to be the memory keeper for your family story! I hope you love these sweet pictures of little Macie, she was absolutely beautiful and she is oh so loved by her parents!
